In every wiring harness, there are connector cavities left empty by design. Unsealed, those cavities let moisture, dust and salt creep in and attack the terminals. The Blue Rubber Connector Seal is made for exactly those positions — it seals off unused cavities in automotive connectors, from engine-bay harnesses to sensor and body-control connectors, so the whole connector stays protected regardless of which cavities are populated.

Three soft bellows ribs press evenly against the cavity wall, creating multiple sealing points along the plug body. The blind end adds a solid barrier at the top, so there is no path for water or dirt to follow. Silicone rubber keeps the plug flexible and elastic across temperature changes, and it holds its shape over years of service without hardening or cracking — which is why it seals reliably for the life of the harness.
