Yellow single Wire Seal 7041-1.5-21 is manufactured directly at our Wenzhou factory, no third-party resale. Zhejiang Guoming Rubber Technology Co., Ltd. has specialized in rubber and plastic sealing components for almost 20 years. We serve OEM vehicle manufacturers and diverse industrial equipment customers. Most projects begin with your drawing or physical sample. Our engineering team carries out technical evaluation, followed by mold fabrication and sample production for your validation. Mass-production starts only after your confirmation. All production steps are completed within our facility. You will have a single point of contact covering everything from initial inquiry to final shipment.
Model 7041-1.5-21 yellow single wire seal is an oval-shaped silicone component. Two raised ribs sit on its opposite edges, with a groove positioned in-between. Install this seal into the mating slot of connectors, wire boots or equipment housings. Under compression, those ribs create dual sealing lines. Water and dust must overcome two separate sealing barriers before reaching internal parts.
Silicone material delivers good resilience and anti-aging performance. It maintains stable performance under repeated temperature shifts and resists hardening as well as cracking. Customization on color, hardness and physical dimensions is available against your drawing. If you have concerns about compatibility with your actual application conditions, share your drawing or sample with us. We will perform practical assessment and give you straightforward feedback.

Where It Fits
Automotive wiring harness and connectors
On a vehicle, wires leave connectors in dozens of places, and every outlet is a spot where water can sneak in if the seal is wrong or missing. Rain, a pressure washer, even condensation inside the engine bay will find the gap. Moisture travels along the cable into the connector, the terminals corrode, and signals start dropping. It usually shows up not on day one but months later, and by then it is hard to trace. A seal that closes that outlet properly stops the problem before it starts.
Before you order
Just send your drawing or sample, whichever is easier for you. Our team will check the structure, material and tolerance, then give you a clear price, including tooling cost if needed. No evaluation fees at all.
While your order is in production
Once you place the order, we agree on a delivery date right away, and that's the date you get. On the floor, it's first-piece inspection when the mold starts, then regular checks while it runs. Before packing, every lot gets one final pass, by machine and by hand—quantity, looks, dimensions. Want to see them before they ship? We can send photos or a short video. Packing is standard export cartons; need a different inner pack? Just tell us.
After delivery
If a problem turns out to be ours—wrong dimensions, short fill, that kind of thing—we'll replace it or reship it, no back and forth. If trouble shows up later, send us photos or the part back. We'll look at it together and figure out if it's the material, the assembly, or the design, then fix the real cause so it doesn't happen again. Your drawings, molds and inspection records stay filed with us, so when you reorder, you just tell us the quantity and we pick up from the last run.
FAQ
What is the 7041-1.5-21 used for? I am not sure it is the right part for me.
It's a Yellow single Wire Seal—the kind that goes where wires leave a connector, or between the boot and the housing. Water and dust try to sneak in through that gap; the seal blocks them. The two ribs along the edge are the working part: press it into the groove and they compress, giving you two sealing lines instead of one. Whether it's exactly right for your assembly, honestly, depends on your drawing. Send us a sketch of the assembly and we'll tell you yes or no—that's all it takes.
Is the material silicone? How about heat and aging?
Yes, the one in the photo is silicone, yellow. Rebound is good and it doesn't age quickly. But how much heat it can actually take depends on the formula—silicone isn't one single material, and formulas vary a lot. Tell us the highest temperature it will see and what it comes into contact with, and we'll pick the right formula and send you the test data. We'd rather do that than throw a generic "-40 to 200°C" at you that may not mean anything for your case.
Can the color, hardness and size be changed? Can you build it to our drawing?
Sure. That's basically our daily work: same mold, different compound, different hardness, different color—no problem. If the size change is big enough to need a new mold, we'll tell you the tooling cost and timing before we start anything. Got a drawing or a sample? Send it over, and we'll give you a straight answer.
What is the MOQ? Can we place a small trial order first?
It depends on size and material, so there's no single number for everything. But for a first order, a small trial lot is totally fine—we'd rather you test our parts than gamble a big order on us. Once you're happy with the quality, we scale up and give you a better price for larger quantities. Just tell us how many you're thinking and we'll quote.
How long for samples and mass production?
For standard sizes the mold is usually already on our shelf, so samples ship fast. If we need to build a new mold, that takes longer—we'll tell you exactly how long once we see the drawing. Either way, we give you both dates up front, the sample date and the production date, so you can plan around them.
What quality systems does your factory run? How do I know this lot will be fine?
We're certified under IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, and RoHS or REACH reports are available if you need them—happy to send certificates before you place the order. In the workshop it's three steps: first-piece inspection when a mold starts, checks during the run, and a final check on every lot before shipping, machine plus manual. Sounds simple, but with small rubber parts it's exactly that boring routine that keeps batches consistent.
What do you need for a quote? What shipping options do you have?
Send us the drawing or the specs, the quantity, and the material you prefer—or let us suggest one. We'll come back with a clear quotation, including tooling cost if a new mold is needed. Sea, air or express, under FOB, CIF or DDP, whatever suits you. Every shipment goes out with a packing list and full documents. And the more complete your inquiry, the faster and more accurate our quote.
