Production Details:

The 3.6mm single-wire seal is manufactured using computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technology to create high-precision molds. The molds are designed with corresponding cavities based on the specifications of the single-wire seal. During the final molding process, the density of the finished product is enhanced. This is followed by vulcanization treatment to further stabilize the material and ensure proper shaping. After molding, the finished product's dimensions and structure are verified using 3D projection to ensure mold accuracy is controlled within ±0.05mm.
