Q1. How is the HQ-235 installed? Just press it into the panel hole by hand. The groove between the two flanges snaps onto the panel edge and holds it there — no adhesive needed. If the fit feels tight, a little lubrication helps.
Q2. What panel thickness does it fit? That depends on your panel. The groove between the flanges is sized to the panel thickness — send us that number and we will confirm it fits, or adjust the groove to match.
Q3. Can you make it in a different size or material? Absolutely. Send over a drawing or a sample and we will work from that. Bore size, flange size, hardness — all adjustable. And the material too: if you need higher heat resistance, we can switch to silicone.
Q4. Do you offer samples before bulk orders? Sure — we ship samples first, you try them out, then decide. No need to commit before you have seen the fit.
