The 967067-1 exists because harness builders told us exactly where cheap seals let them down: moisture creeping past the ribs after a few hundred thermal cycles, or a seal that fights back during assembly and nicks on the way in. The Ribs Do the Work

Three contact points, not two. The middle lip acts as a secondary barrier even if the first one takes a set over time. That geometry was dialed in through repeated insertion-extraction testing, not pulled from a catalog. Profile height, draft angle, root radius — every dimension affects both seal integrity and assembly force, and we balanced both.

Suitable for engine bay harness connectors, ECU housings, sensor pigtails, chassis wiring and EV BMS connectors. It works reliably in positions exposed to water, road salt and constant vibration. Tensile tester, compression set fixture, heat aging chamber, durometer, vision measuring machine — all sitting right next to the production line, not locked away in some separate building. Three checkpoints: first-piece approval, in-process sampling, and outgoing inspection. Results come out on the spot. If a batch runs close to the limit, we run a full retest. No borderline product leaves the floor.
