Our 30 design engineers are the reason we can develop rubber parts on our own, instead of copying from others. Most of them have been designing rubber products for more than 8 years, so they know the materials, the molding processes, and what different industries ask from a rubber part. When a customer comes with a special requirement, the team responds fast — moving from structure design and material selection to mold development as one complete package.
Take an automotive connector seal as an example. Before drawing anything, our engineers study the connector's working conditions: temperature, pressure, the medium it contacts. Then they run CAD and CAE simulations to refine the design, making sure the seal meets — or beats — the customer's expectations on sealing performance and durability. The team also watches market trends closely and keeps a pipeline of forward-looking designs ready, releasing more than 10 new rubber part designs every year.
