These boots come from Zhejiang Guoming Rubber Technology Co., Ltd. We make rubber parts for cars and industrial machines—seals, boots, protective covers. Send us a drawing or a sample: we build the mold, send samples, and move to mass production once you approve. Silicone as standard, any size to your drawing, and a daily capacity of about 5 million pieces to keep your orders moving.
This Two-Hole Threaded Rubber Boot is a bellows-type dust boot, molded and vulcanized from quality elastic rubber. It has a mounting end and a multi-rib bellows body. Fitted over guide pins, rods or similar moving parts, the bellows flex and recover with each stroke, while the threaded and two-hole end locks the boot firmly in place. It keeps out dust, mud and moisture, holds grease in, and protects pins and mating surfaces from wear,so the whole assembly lasts longer. Material, hardness, size and color are all customizable to your drawing. Typical uses: brake, steering and suspension systems, plus many industrial moving parts.

Product Features
Bellows flex design: The multi-rib bellows expands and recovers freely with each stroke. Nothing binds, and movement stays smooth.
Quality elastic rubber: Rebound is strong and flex fatigue resistance is high.
Secure end fitting: On the Two-Hole Threaded Rubber Boot, the threaded, two-hole end seats tightly against the metal part and holds firm through the whole service life—no loosening, no shifting.
Dust, water and dirt protection: It seals snugly around the part, so dust, mud and splashed water stay outside. Inside stays clean, and the pin keeps moving freely.
Consistent finish and stable dimensions: Matte black, dense and clean surface with uniform profiles. That makes incoming inspection easy and automated assembly trouble-free.
Customizable color and marking: Available in specified colors or a neutral, logo-free finish per your request.
Automotive or Industrial Grade – we produce and inspect to the quality level you need, and certificates can be provided.
Product Advantages
More durable than plain boots: The bellows spread the bending stress across every fold. A plain cover creases in one spot and eventually fails right there—ours flexes and springs back, so it simply lasts longer.
Protects the assembly, lowers after-sales risk: It keeps dirt, water and grit on the outside and grease on the inside. Less wear on the pin means fewer stuck parts, less noise, and fewer early failures coming back to you.
Easy installation and low maintenance: Push it on, done. When it does need replacing, it comes off just as fast. Service stays quick and cheap.
Custom-made to drawing, for OEM and aftermarket: Send your drawing. We build to your mounting style and performance requirements, whether it is for an OEM line or aftermarket replacement.
Sample/drawing development with stable supply: We can start from a sample or a drawing. Once you approve, we keep production steady—whether you need a small trial lot or a full production run.
FAQ
What material is this boot made of?
This boot is molded in silicone rubber as standard. We also run NBR and EPDM when the job needs extra oil resistance or a wider temperature range. Tell us what the part touches, and we'll pick the right compound for you.
Can you make it to our drawing or sample?
Absolutely. Send us the drawing or a physical sample of the Two-Hole Threaded Rubber Boot you need. Threads, hole positions, dimensions, hardness, color and markings can all follow your spec. We build the mold and send samples for your test first. Mass production starts only after you approve.
What is the MOQ? Can we start with a trial order?
MOQ depends on size and material, so it varies. For the first order, a small trial lot is fine. Once you are happy with the quality, we scale up and give you volume pricing. Just tell us the quantity in your inquiry, and we will quote you our best price.
How long for samples and production?
For standard sizes, we usually have molds ready, so samples go out fast. New tooling takes a little longer. Once we receive your drawing, we confirm both the sample and production schedules right away, so it won't hold up your schedule.
How about heat, oil and aging resistance?
It comes down to the compound, and different rubbers behave differently. Tell us the max working temperature and the media involved. We'll send matching performance data and test reports.
What certifications do you have?
Our factory runs under IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 systems. RoHS, REACH and other test reports can be provided. We can send certificate copies over for your review before you order.
How do you pack and ship?
Standard export cartons, or custom inner packing if you need it. We ship by sea, air or express, on FOB, CIF or DDP terms as agreed. Every shipment comes with a packing list and full documents.
How do I get a quote?
Send us the drawing or specs, quantity and preferred material. We reply fast with a clear quotation, including tooling cost if a new mold is needed .The more information you can share with us, the quicker and more precise our quotation can be.
